Temporary Low-Voltage Power Box

A Temporary Low-Voltage Power Box is used on building sites, road work, and temporary events that need quick power setup.
Rated current is 63A to 1000A.
Output voltage is 220V/380V.
This product strictly follows JGJ 46-2005.
We put a main disconnector, a main leakage protector, and multiple branch leakage protectors.
This gives "three-level distribution, two-level protection."
The box is mobile, with lifting rings, wheels, and a base for easy moving on site.

The box uses 1.5mm cold-rolled steel with orange paint for high visibility.
Protection rating is IP44 to IP65.
The door has a rain shield and a sealing strip.
To protect against impacts, we can add a steel wire mesh guard with mesh size <=25mm.
At the bottom, we put high-strength nylon wheels with brakes and rubber feet.
Inside, we use a flame-retardant insulation board, and all switches have transparent protective covers.
Cable entries use waterproof cord grips.
The neutral and ground bars are separate, with a clearly marked ground bolt.

The main leakage protector has 100mA to 300mA with a time delay.
The branch leakage protectors have <=30mA instantaneous trip.
On the front, we install a digital voltmeter that can show phase or line voltage, plus three-color lights for power, run, and fault.
Outside, we put a red emergency stop button. One push cuts all outputs.
We can customize socket types: industrial, Chinese, US, EU, etc.
